Q. Your infrastructure is designed for bulk manufacturing. What are your core manufacturing capabilities, and how do you ensure quality at scale?
The R&D team at Prok Devices plays a critical role in designing products with efficiency and accuracy at the core of every step. Once the design is complete, PCBs undergo Bare Board Testing to guarantee that the initial stage of production meets quality standards. This step is critical in ensuring that we start with a robust and reliable foundation.
The next step in our process is component selection, where we emphasize choosing the right components with exact specifications, including make and ancillary details. This is crucial for ensuring the overall performance and reliability of our products. We also make sure to comply with RoHS regulations, ensuring that no harmful substances are used in the manufacturing process.
Once the components are selected, we proceed to assembly, where soldering is carried out to integrate the components onto the PCBs. After assembly, we perform batch testing and calibration to ensure each unit meets stringent quality standards. This approach allows us to manage bulk orders efficiently while maintaining high-quality output and ensuring quick delivery times to meet market demands.
