Bettinelli is an Italian company ,established in 1953, specializing in developing and manufacturing precision motion control components and systems. Its CDS Cam Driven Systems Division engineers solutions in automation and motion technology.

CDS produces the widest range of rotary / indexing tables for precision motion control applications requiring rotary or linear transfer, positioning and handling. Its product range includes cam indexing and servo-driven tables, ring positioning drives, intermittent and oscillating drives, with parallel or right angle configuration, rotary & linear part handlers, precision link transfer systems and epicycloidal servo reducers.

The company put up an impressive show at AUTOMATION 2019 displaying our high speed synchronized machine, mechanically synchronized machine high precision link conveyor and rotary tables. While all these machines were on live demonstration, its high speed synchronized machine which runs at 800 cycles per minute with high repeatability, as well as the mechanically synchronized machine showing multiple automation processes were the star attraction.

Its high precision link conveyor in action also drew the attention of quite a few visitors. It is designed for high productivity, combining with excellent precision, speed and versatility. “We had quality visitors representing pharmaceutical packaging, printing and automotive sectors.Among the enquiries generated, we hope to convert at least 3% into business,” says Mr. Rupesh Paparaju, Managing Director, Bettinelli Automation Components India.

In this era of automation leading to Industry 4.0, Bettinelli hopes to make a significant contribution to step up productivity in the industry. “Bettinelli has a large technical team in India and we are in constant touch with customers from various industry segments where automation is critical.

We engage ourselves in technical discussions to help them enhance their production rates substantially. Bettinelli can help manufacturers to bridge the gap as per the latest industry demands on automation,” underlines Mr. Paparaju.
