professional with 26 years experience in auto industry ,Social enterprise working for Deaf in India. Management graduate specialized in HR. Certificate course in Strategic HR from XLRI Jamshedpur, Second position holder in ISTD -(North Zone), Currently pursuing Ph. D .

Run an NGO dedicated to skill development in creative arts through a pottery studio known as Dharohar.

• Develop women friendly employment systems and practices and sensitively handling Hygiene factors.
• Successful journey of handling 4 LTA across country.
• Double promotion to GM from AGM
• Winner of Platinum Award -Best HR Role Model-2022
• Gold winner – Best Woman Run Organization 2022
• Pioneer in starting Creche facility to enhance women employment and improve retention which is nor 30% to 40% in company where i started the same .
• Creating a cycle of corporate social responsibility for Higher Education programs by aegis of Skill University for the girls in the radius of 30 kms of the Company.

1. Building strong interlinking systems, breaking the glass ceiling transparency and trust as part of culture building has brought in visible changes in the organization.
2. Fair communication and people practices like Shabbash Cards, ABCD Awards, and HR looked at as Business Partner is a big change in itself in last 10 months.
3. Initiation of Autolek Learning Centre driving the major ingredient of the Vision mentioned below.

1. Governor’s Excellence Award (2022) – by Honorable Governor of Haryana, Mr Bandaru Dattatreye for the work done in Skill Development for the Deaf in Haryana.
2. District Award by Chief Minister for work done in Skill Development for deaf in Gurugram.
3. First every participation of Deaf in International Surajkund Crafts Fair 2018 onwards showcasing hand made products.
4. Deaf Hunar- A retail outlet started as an outshop in Welfare Centre for Persons with Speech and Hearing Impairment , Gurugram as a journey of developing deaf adults to grow for economic self-dependence.

How do you balance your work, home and leisure:

Using technology, Backup plan and support system, Jugaad and my spiritual journey. Also, I cannot be PERFECT! But whatever I do I do the best. I’m extremely good at multitasking and family is awesome.

Favorite Hobbies:

• Creating handicrafts, doing pottery, stitching, embroidery and cooking. Anything creative inspires me
• I like to read and Understand Bhagwatam and Bhagwat Gita.
• Chacha Choudhary and Pinki and Billoo are my favourite comics.

Aspire to high level of excellence by building a brand image of an innovative, strategic professional who is different.
Goal is to be the top 50 HR leaders of the country before I retire .
