Q. Please brief us about company’s Indian & global infrastructure?
With presence in more than 23 Indian cities with + 400 employees, we have already positioned ourselves as India’s No.1 Entrance Automations and Loading Bay Equipment Company. To ensure superior quality and operational efficiency the company has a state of the art manufacturing facility of 2,00,000 sq. ft in Bhiwandi (Mumbai, India). The warehouse sprawled over an area of 75,000 sq.ft stocking all the products and spare parts supported by an efficient logistic process to deliver consignments in a definite time frame. Though we don’t have our offices abroad but recently we started exporting our products to Far East regions and are planning to capture the untapped African and South American Market in the coming days.
Q. Please also highlight the latest initiatives in your industry domain?
Being an engineering company we have to always be on urge to bring innovative products to remain ahead in today’s stiff competition. Recently we launched Fold up doors, a novel concept for Indian Automation Industry and the first installation was done at the Trivandrum Airport in India. We are pioneers in installing this kind of a door. Traditionally we have installed Aircraft Hangar Doors which open without doors or have sliding doors.
Q. What are the market opportunities for your company’s products in India?
Indian industry has started giving emphasis on the technology updates and industry norms. To address the need of user friendly operations, entrance automations are the latest technology. It gives comfort, swiftness and above all security, the pre-requisite benchmark. The demand for automation is expected to soar in India in spite of massive augmentation in indigenous production. The manufacturing industry will need automation products to fill in gaps and meet niche requirement. The improvement in the Indian economy will result in accelerated demand for goods movement and create opportunities for suppliers of material handling products and services of all types. Keeping this in mind we are investing into expansion of our facilities as we are very positive about the Indian Economy.
Q. What is future prospect for your industry?
India is now positioned at number two and gaining an even stronger foothold on that position over the next five years. No doubt India has gained global eminence in manufacturing. The future of entrance automations industry in India is booming due to the arrival of MNC’s in India. Considering the MNC’s set-up, the Indian Companies are motivated to change their views on automations and are ready to adapt the new trends of entrance automation industry.
Q. What is the top line product range & Is there any plans to launch new products?
Our product range includes High Speed Flexible Doors, Sectional Overhead Doors, Rapid Doors, Fire Doors, Dock Levelers, Dock Shelters, Scissor Lifts, Tail Lifts, Aircraft Hangar Doors, Sliding / Swing Gates, Boom Barriers, Fire Shutters. Few of recently added products to our range are Tail Lifts, Fire Shutters and Fire Doors. Few products still in R&D are at the final evaluation stage and would be introduced to the Indian Market soon.
Q. What is your vision for your company?
When we started in the year 1996, our vision was to have a pan India presence. And we have achieved that. Now we are introducing few indigenous lines of products which will not only cater to the Indian market but also for exports. To summarize, our vision is to lead in innovation and provide and maintain well-designed, convenient, safe, secure and energy saving products.
