Q. You have been into bulk handling for decades. What precisely is your niche?
We are proud to be among the chosen few manufacturers who can fulfill all the requirements of Bulk materials handling systems and equipment requirements in different process industries like Cement, Pulp & paper, Steel, Coal, Glass, Fertilizer, Mining, Power, Agriculture, etc.
Q. What are the solutions you offer for handling abrasive materials in cement plants?
Handling abrasive materials especially in cement plants, is our area of specialization. We recommend the use of liners for such applications.
Q. Steel industry is a major user segment for your materials handling solutions. What are the systems going there and for what applications?
To steel plants we supply Belt Conveyors, Belt Changing Devices, Bucket Elevators, Trippers, Shuttle Conveyors, Steep Angle Conveyors for Raw Material Handling, Beneficiation, Palletization Plants, Coal & Coal Washeries, etc.
Q. What are the various materials handling applications in glass industry? Could you describe?
In glass industry, we handle various materials like sand, soda ash, fluorspar, cullet, etc. We also do batch houses, cullet handling & washing, weighing hoppers, etc.
Q. For powder handling, what are the different equipment you offer?
For Powder handling, we offer Pipe Conveyors depending upon the applications.
Q. Which is the largest / longest Belt Conveyor you have supplied?
The longest Belt Conveyor we have supplied is the Cross-country Conveyor of 2.1 Km long.
Q. Your Side Wall High Angle Conveyor is said to be an engineering marvel. What are its design features and applications?
It can take various shapes and can be used where we have space constraints.
Q. What’s the success rate of your Apron Feeders & Conveyors, and which are the industries that benefit from these systems?
The success rate of our Feeders and Conveyors is 100% and the different process industries which are benefited are Cement, Pulp & Paper, Steel, Coal, Glass, Fertilizer, Mining, Power, Agriculture, etc.
Q. Let’s take Lafarge India. Which are the various customized products of Masyc in use at their end?
For Lafarge India, we have designed, engineered & supplied Belt Conveyors, Trippers, Shuttle Conveyors, Screw Conveyors, etc. including Design Engineering of Heavy Structure.
Q. You are offering such a wide variety of products & solutions to the core sector. What are your design and project engineering capabilities?
We have a full-fledged Design and Project Department to cater to the industry’s varied problems in material handling.
Q. Could you give some idea of your manufacturing facilities and quality obsession?
We have well equipped six manufacturing units, having individual production and quality control heads. One unit is dedicated to manufacturing Rollers, where all testing facilities are available. One of the units is dedicated only to manufacture of Pulleys, where all testing facilities are also available. In another unit only Idlers & Frames are manufactured and in rest of the factories all types of heavy fabrication is done.
