Cancellation & Refund Policy
Merchant business’ return and cancellation policy must be made available to customers on website and they have to agree to its terms during the order process. Customers have to read this policy for return and cancellation before submitting their payment information. Then, once the order has been submitted, policy can be sent to customers with the order confirmation email.
(Divya Media Publications Pvt Ltd – ENGINEERING REVIEW ) believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an your subscription order to our subscription team email@example.com with your order number. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained after 24 hours
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective magazine or non receipt of magazine in the month please report the same to our Customer Service team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your customer code and receipt number. This should be reported within 21 days of receipt or non receipt of the products.
Refund will made with in 48hrs after received cancellation request.
10% of cancellation charges will be applicable on subscription amount
