Schwing Stetter unveils 6 new products for new segments at bc India exhibition 2013
SCHWING Stetter India, one of the pioneers of concrete construction equipment in India, today unveiled sixnew products in ready-mix concrete technology: concrete mixing equipment, truck mixers, concrete pumps as well as boom pumps at bc India exhibition, Mumbai. The new products were unveiled by Anand Sundaresan, Managing Director, SCHWING Stetter India, and Mr. V.G. Sakthikumar, Chief Operating Officer, SCHWING Stetter India.
The new range of products will cater to all segments in the concreting equipment industry like batching plants for concrete preparation; transit mixers for concrete transportation; concrete pumps for concrete placement; shotcreting pumps for tunnel application and recycling plants for recycling of concrete. bc India 2013, the international trade fair for construction machinery, building material machines, mining machines and construction vehicles, providing the international construction industry with a professional platform for networking, investment and the exchange of ideas and information. Schwing Stetter is part of this exhibition, displaying the latest innovations in concreting products and services during this fair.

Following are the 6 new Products:-
- SP1600 – This pump is launched to meet the requirements of higher volume output meeting the demand of customers to increase the speed of construction.
- SP3600- This Twin Circuit 160 bar pressure valve is ideally suitable for Concrete Sites beyond 200 metres height and comes in aesthetic aerodynamic design is the new design will be dedicated for all Models Trailer Pumps in the future.
- Transit Mixer 7 Cu.m – The new 7 Cu.m capacity transit mixer is designed with optional accessories like ad mixer dosing system, gate for hopper, hydraulic oil pressure gauge, and water dosing system to name a few.
- Compact Batching Plant – CP30 – This Plant with Planetary Mixer comes in all 3 versions Star, Compartment and Inline. We will be exhibiting this CP30 with Inline version with skid and conveyor.
- Mobile Batching Plant – M1-C- This Plant is suitable for Road, High-rise Projects and Heavy Construction. This is the biggest machinery in the Mobile Version which requires no foundation.
- Horizontal Batching Plant – HN1 – This Plant is most optimized in design, we are displaying it with planetary mixer with twin discharge and inclined belt conveyor version. This plant is suitable for precast application.
