Suruchi comes with over two decades of specialized experience in the process equipment design, commercial and project management function. As a CEO, she is responsible for the overall financial performance of the company. She leads all the key functions like marketing & sales, finance, HR, production, engineering and projects.

She focuses on several strategic areas like brand building, articulating clear vision and company values, increasing customer satisfaction, improving efficiency by streamlining processes, creating a winning team and a great company culture, ensuring healthy cash flow and most importantly, building a great team.

Professional Achievements:

Technical collaborations with Klaren International was established for its unique self-cleaning technology which not available in India. Company is also in the process to establish collaboration with Italy based AM Atomizers.
Manufacturing capability expanded In 2020, in Gujarat to cater to local Gujarat market.

Highest revenue of 50 Cr. achieved last year since year 2000
The company has rebranded itself in 2021. The new Shachi brand comes with renewed brand promise for customers and refined company values to follow by everyone.

Social Activities / CSR initiatives, if any, with Achievements:

I take inspiration for social activities from my father, Sunil Dev. He runs Tulja Bhavani Pratishthan which works for the education of poor girl Childs. We were fortunate to support many girls for their education through charity raised by Tulja Bhavni Pratishthan. Also last year, we have built sanitation facilities for the retired army men who lost their hand or legs during serving the nation.

How do you balance your work, home and leisure:

To maintain a balance, I prioritize my time and set clear boundaries.

I set clear goals and prioritize my work. This means creating a schedule that allows for focused work time, as well as time for family, friends, and personal activities. One must delegate tasks to their respective team members, ensuring that to have enough time for themselves.

I also ensure to take care of my personal well-being. This includes maintaining a healthy lifestyle, getting enough sleep, and making time for relaxation and stress relief.
Lastly, i also engage in leisure activities that bring me joy and fulfillment.

Favorite Hobbies:

It is important to have hobbies that allow for personal growth and relaxation. reading is a great way to expand my knowledge and gain new perspectives. By reading books on various subjects, i stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.

Travelling is another hobby that gives me many valuable experiences. Exploring new cultures and meeting people from different backgrounds provide fresh insights and ideas to me.

Spending time with family is also important. Family time allows me to reconnect with loved ones, creating a balance between my professional and personal life.
