Temperature controlled (PID) Solder bath

The PID controlled Solder pot is latest design which will maintain the temperature very accurately. This is two piece model in one in which controlling is involved and another is SS pot for melting the lead for tinning/soldering. The pot DIA is of 48mm approximately with depth of 48mm made of high quality Stainless steel for long lasting.
The heating can be improved by using highly insulated ceramic heaters and heating can be setted from 150?? deg C to 430 deg C.

The instruments is operated by 230V AC supply and display is bright RED seven segment LED, 3 digit display to show the temperature of the pot. The high capacity insulated heating ceramic elements are easily replacable and mounted on the pot. This instrument can be used for tinning, Soldering purpose for most of the electrival and electronics industries.
