Welding carriage

These Welding carriage are used for Automatic Welding of Fillet, Butt, Joints in different Welding Position. GMAW/FCAW process is normally used along with these kind of carriage.

These carriage uses permanent magnet to hold on to the Job and can be used in different Welding position depending on the Tractor Force of the magnet used. Either guide wheel or the track are used to move the trolley along the Weld Seam. Weaving & Weaving pattern are available on some model to realize the required Weld Beads.
