  • DIVYA MEDIA have the right to approve the nomination based on jury’s decision.
  • If during the course of the entry and judging period the nominator’s contact details changes, or the nominator e.g. retires, takes maternity/paternity leave, the nominator is responsible for informing DIVYA MEDIA of these contact changes.
  • All nominations must be received 11:59 pm on 1st May 2023 for the Awards year 2023. Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted, nor will any that are incomplete on this date. Nominators may be asked to provide additional evidence or materials after submission.
  • The decision of the judging panels is fnal in every situation, as is that of The ENGINEERING EXCELLENCE AWARD in all matters afecting the Awards, and no correspondence on this topic will be entered into.
  • Entry to ENGINEERING EXCELLENCE AWARD is deemed acceptance of the above rules and agreement to be bound by them. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you also agree to our terms and conditions.
