BEARING FOR RAILWAYS

Applications:
We manufacture bearings for axle-box for electric and diesel locomotives, electric motors and generators, transmissions, compressors, fans.

Bearing types:
Cylindrical roller bearing, single row, Spherical Roller Bearings, Ball Bearings.

Raw material:
Rings and rollers: Steel 100Cr6, 100CrMnSi6-4, through-hardened in whole cross sections.

Cages: brass, steel, polyamide.

Structure after heat-treatment:
Martensite, with residual austenite 3-10%.

Hardness after heat-treatment:
58-64 HRC, Dimensional stability up to 150 ⁰C.

Inspection and Testing.
Axle-box bearings are manufactured according to EN12080 standard. Ultrasonic control, magnetic powder, elongation-for rings and Eddy currents for rollers.

Quality certificates.
Certification ISO9001, ISO/TS 22163 (Former IRIS).

SHELL Gadus Rail3 EUDB –SHELL, CARRIER LZS-2EP-MOL, INA LIS EP2-INA, Eldon’s Letonia LR-2 EP.
