All of our oils are engineered to withstand the extreme condition at the tool work-piece interface.In addition to the lubricity provided at the cutting zone, our cutting oils provide excellent lubrication for the machine’s slides, guide bushings, bearings and spindles. Some can even be used in bar feeders.

These products are available in a wide range of viscosities and chemical compositions. Hangsterfer’s Hard Cut Series is formulated with the industry’s safest chlorinated extreme pressure additives. The CC Series has all the quality of the Hard Cuts but are Chlorine Free.

Our Missile Lube Series is both Chlorine and Sulphur free. It was developed in the early 1960’s for the aerospace industry. Dr. Hangsterfer created a synthetic fat that met the performance and chemical standards needed for aluminium, magnesium, nickel and titanium alloys. This valuable technology, although highly concentrated in the Missile Lube series, is also contained in many of our other products. This results in unparalleled performance.
