With this additional acquisition, Hengst Filtration is consistently continuing the growth and expansion of the ‘Industrial Filtration’ division, which commenced with the take-over of Nordic Air Filtration (2016) and Delbag (2018).
The purchase agreement was signed on July 16 2020. The transaction is subject to anti-trust approvals. Consequently, the transaction is expected to be finalized in early 2021. The parties have agreed not to disclose the amount of the purchase price.
