Roots Delfin Tecnoil is a high performance, professional vacuum designed for collecting fluids (Cutting / Coolant Oils) and metal chips, where the fluids can be separated from chips and recovered back for reuse. The Delfin Tecnoil models are specifically designed for collecting fluids with metal chips / slag, vacuums both solids (Chips / Borings / slag / slurry etc.,) and fluids (Cutting / Coolant Oil) where Solids particles are made to pass through a two stage filtration system, where the same is retained for disposal and the fluids are re-cycled and put back for re-use. This collection, filtration and discharging it for reuse is done with in a very short span.

It will filter the chips & particles up to 100 microns with optional filter Delfin Tecnoil machines are useful in Machine Shops / Machine Tool Companies, where Cutting Oil / Coolants (Both Neat & Soluble) are used in large quantities. These fluids are with solids and other suspended particles etc.. which are to be periodically filtered and re-cycled, as these oil is for repeated use. This cleaning process is a common phenomenon in these Industries, where the current method is quite messy, laborious and painstaking and it takes about one full shift involving two workers.
