Q. Can you tell us a little bit about your past / present and future?
The Tolia group of companies established the first steel ball unit in the year 1979 (Needumbra Industries Pvt Ltd). Our grandfather, late Mr. Nyalchand Tolia was the soul spirit at the time who bought the light in our family on the steel balls. Ever since then, there has been absolutely no looking back in the three generations that have and are putting in their heart and soul to help a tiny part of the world spin.
In 1987, three brothers namely, Rajesh Tolia, Shailesh Tolia & Viresh Tolia put up together another milestone in our growth history, together they set up Forward Precision Engineers Pvt Ltd, yet another steel ball manufacturing unit. In 1993, the Tolia team achieved another Milestone, this time something special and different.
The team set up a cylindrical roller & taper roller manufacturing plant.Our present today has a younger team involved into various aspects of the business. We as the younger team, are fully committed to carry the legacy set up by our forefathers.The future most definitely is exciting for all of us.
Q. Would you please tell us a more about the products and services you offer?
We are steel ball, cylindrical & taper roller manufacturers. We manufacture products of different materials ie. Stainless and Alloy steel for balls and Alloy steel for Rollers.We provide technical suggestions to our clients to help them improve the performance of their product, of course with the most economical proposals to help them achieve their absolute competitive advantage in terms of pricing and quality.
Q. What are some strengths you would like for our readers to know about?
With 40 years of manufacturing experience our strength is the quality of product we manufacture.We have always believed in providing excellent quality and service to all our clients, and our growth has always lied in the growth of our existing clientele.
Q. Can you name a few objectives of the Tolia Group?
- To pursue excellence in everything we do as company and achieve it through continual improvement of processes in all areas leading to customer satisfaction.
- Understand, install & continually improve the effectiveness of the quality management system. Device a suitable monitoring and measurement system to have proper control on the effectiveness of quality control.
- Reduce the impact of our industry on the environment by continuously adapting new techniques and more so over by educating & motivating our team members to pass this message on to the generation below.
