Gayatri Forge Pvt. Ltd. Is manufacturer & dealers of: forged & but weld pipe fittings & flanges with IBR / NON-IBR. At Gayatri Forging raw material / rounds and billet of reputed mills is procured confirming to the chemical requirements along with T/CS. raw material received is identified and then CHEMICAL ANALYSIS is carried out as a CHECK TEST on 100% material with RICH T/Cs. Raw Material which has passed the checked analysis is cut and taken up for FORGINGS at the ROLLED TEMPREATURE indicator. Solution of ANNEALING the next step which is done immediately after the forging process is complete, to remove all CARBIDE PRECIPITATION. At this stage ONE PEICE from each HEAT is checked for CHEMICAL TENSIL & MICRO ANALYSIS and if it confirms to the specifications only, then it is taken up for the FINAL MACHINING. After Forging , all numbers are punched on the forgings. Test are being done at random on 20% of the material Received .
QUALITY ASSURANCE PLAN AT FORGE SHOP FOR SS & CS FLANGES / FITTINGS
Forgings are now taken for final machining, after which each piece is cleaned and stamped and then transfer to finished stores. All necessary machining such as type of FLANGES / FITTINGS ,Pressure Rating and material specification are done on EACH FLANGE / FITTINGS. Finished and machined flanges / fittings are 100% checked for all dimensions by our QC INSPECTOR. All checks are being carried out for DIE PENETRATION at BEVELLED ENDS for any defects.
In case of any doubt in our INSPECTION, the material is then sent to GOVT APPROVED LABORATORIES listed below, and the T/CS are obtained.
