Quality neither is or not just about having procedures in place. Services starts from when we receive an enquiry through to the delivery of that item. It is also about having the right tools to do the work, and that our staff is quality cognizant. We examine the material constituents of all brass products using optical continuum analyzers. With the CAD drawing and 3D printers, we make our internal tooling based on our customers’ sample when there is no CAD drawing provided.
Q. What’s your single most contribution towards enhancing automation & productivity in the industry?
In Business if you do not enhance Automation, we cannot grow our business and we have invested in ERP System, New software, which has made my business run smoothly & even has helped in increasing our productivity, and that has helped me in growing my business to a different level.

My Business Plans are to double the manufacturing facility and each & every customer globally & has a dream to see Shiv Om Brass Industries as a No: 1 Exporter from India.

As per the opportunities given by the Government policy for small scale industries in enhancing & expanding the business internationally, we see the growth of metal users in European countries & USA, hence we are focused in growing our Export & be a helping hand in growing our Economy.
