Q. Can you please brief us about international alliances & Airpipe System global infrastructure?
AIRpipe offers wide range of solution pertaining the compressed air/vacuum/ gases transmission system to it’s customers across the globe through various subsidiaries spreading all around the world such as US, France, Vietnam, UK, Taiwan and many more opening shortly. The centralized manufacturing facility is located at Ningbo, China & is supported by more than 300-strong human resources. More than 31,000m2 layout, 100% ownership of manufacturing plants for fittings/pipes/accessories, dedicated R&D center, head office, logistics center.
Q. What are the latest initiatives Airpipe System has undertaken in compressed air systems space? Which are your focus areas?
The world is looking for energy efficient yet reliable & robust compressed air piping system than ever before. We in AIRpipe are continuously carrying out desired modifications of both in products & service segment after consolidating the feedback which we received from our customers /channel partners etc. For example one of the significant modifications of our connection system is replacing partially the nitrile seal by FKM seal which provides customers more room for high temperature applications. By principle our focus remains to make our system energy efficient yet cost effective, easy to handle without compromising it’s modularity.
We already got success in private sector market and now we have dedicated team to look for Government projects so that we can have entry in this market.
Q. What are the market opportunities for Airpipe System products in India? How do you plan to position these products?
Keeping in mind the size of the ever growing Indian market & government initiatives to make India a manufacturing hub for the world it’s almost impossible to access the complete scope of AIRpipe products. Such an business opportunity is waiting in India, the world fastest growing economy in terms of GDP! By 2021 we have plan to put full fledge plant in India to come under “MAKE IN INDIA” program….
We are thriving to place our products within a bandwidth such a way that any industry who is looking for higher productivity, adopting minimum carbon emission and uninterrupted flow of production.
Q. Please highlight more about Airpipe System’s top line product range? Is there any new launch or in pipeline stage?
Our main range AIRpipe products are compressed piping system for compressed air, vacuum, inert gases which covers the flow range from 20 cfm to 10,000 cfm.
In recent time our product has upgraded to make it suitable for 10 mili bar vacuum & maximum working pressure 16 Bar. SS AQUApipe piping system suitable for food & beverage segment is another development (with certification from various global competent authority) which is scheduled to launch shortly.
Q. According to you what is the future of the compressed air systems industry?
As the world , mainly both developing & developed countries, is looking for more energy saving there isn’t even glimpse in sight as an alternative of compressed air piping system. So far no resource is found free as air! So we see huge opportunity to explore in years to come as per relevance of compressed air system is concerned.
Q. What is your vision for forthcoming years?
To reach out all spectrum industries through constant modification of products & service to suit the expectation of customers and make AIRpipe no. 1 global piping system for compressed air, oil, water, vacuum, inert gases etc.
