P.C. Sharma started his career with TCI in 1982 as a trainee and has risen through the ranks of TCI to become the Chief Executive Officer of TCI XPS a division of Transport Corporation of India Limited. Sharma has served various positions in TCI between 1982 and 1998. During his tenure, he has been contributing to growth of the company and was located at various places in Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, and Tamil Nadu. From 1998-2005, his stint with the new division of TCI in Karnataka and Maharashtra has been instrumental in systematic phenomenal growth of the division.

Sharma has made significant contributions in the growth and development of TCI XPS. As regional head of South India and West India, he exceeded the targets and established a benchmark for financial and operational efficiency and in the year 2005, courier product was added to the division.

As CEO, he is responsible for planning, leading, monitoring, managing and development of TCI XPS. His in-depth knowledge about the express distribution and networking skills has helped him in expanding the network of TCI XPS. His ability to motivate and wholistic approach towards the work is proving to be an asset for man management and he is working as a catalyst for the growth of the division.

As a soft spoken person he is always a guiding force to the team.At 49, he is the driving force behind sustained growth and success of TCI XPS and has believed in adopting state-of-the-art technology for operational efficiency and customer services. His vision is to establish TCI XPS division as one of the most admired and reputed names as express distribution specialists in the Indian courier and express logistics industry.
