Custom-built vibro separator helps to reduce product wastage for leading pharmaceutical company

One leading pharmaceutical company was looking for a solution for screening pharmaceutical sugar pellets as their previous machine was not giving them the final product quality they were looking for. They approached Russell Finex for a new grading solution as they were losing good product during the production process, and after analysing their exact requirements a custom-built high performance vibro separator was supplied.

This revolutionary vibro separator, The Finex Ultima™, is specially designed forthe needs of the Indian market and is equipped with the latest technology to achieve consistent product quality. A unique rubber suspension helps provide maximum vibration to the sieve which leads to uniform and high capacity sieving, giving significant reduction in product wastage.

The 30” Finex Ultima™ vibro separator was customized to suits the customer’s unique requirements. To remove oversize and undersize particles two decks were supplied fitted with #60 mesh for top deck and #40 mesh for bottom deck to enable grading in small batches. To keep in mind the pharmaceutical standards the whole unit was supplied in SS 316L stainless steel with a flameproof motor. To safeguard the product and the operator, the machine was enclosed and fitted with a spigot feed inlet to connect to the product area.
