Millenium Virtual Display
Crouzet enters the era of mobile applications with the creation of the Millenium 3 Virtual Display by the Control Technologies team. With this innovation, it is now possible to view the entire screen of a Millenium 3 logic controller on any Android smartphone or tablet. It is now also possible to set up an application via Bluetooth® without establishing a physical connection.
The Android Millenium 3 Virtual Display application can be downloaded from Google Plan in 2 versions:
- In the “Lite” version, the operator can view the displayed data, exactly as they appear on the logic controller, but without being able to make any adjustments, since the modification Esc and OK keys are inoperative. This version has been downloaded approx. 100 times since it was put online.
- The “Standard” version gives the user all the functions accessible from the logic controller, such as the modification of set point parameters, for example.
- This application is also available for Windows XP- and Windows 7-compatible PCs and tablet PCs (Bluetooth® connection or via a USB cable) on www.crouzet.com.
What is it used for?
- Setting up and adjusting applications,
- Supervising an application from a short distance away (monitoring a temperature change, counting events, changing a set-point, etc.),
- Accessing the Millenium 3 interface when the logic controller is beyond the operator’s reach or when an actual screen is not available (Millenium 3 Blind).
