Multipole industrial connector

Multipole Industrial Connectors (MIC) are designed for heavy duty industrial applications and are suitable for A.C. & D.C. current. MIC facilitate manufacture, installation and maintenance of electric parts in Electrical Electronics Machinery, Robots, Control Panels and wherever connections are required for Power, control & Signal Circuits. Multipole Industrial Connectors are UL &CSA approved & are CE marked.

Inserts: Male / Female Inserts are made of self extinguishing thermoplastics (confirming to flammability grade UL 94 VO) and can be used from –40 Deg C to +125 Deg C. The contacts are made of silver plated copper alloy with connection to conductors made by captive stainless steel screws or crimping terminals. These inserts are numbered on both sides by laser printing / moulding and are polarized for correct mating.

Enclosures: The Enclosures are made of Die cast aluminum alloy with the finish of Epoxy Polyester powder or in self extinguishing Thermoplastic. The coupling stability and protection against accidental opening are ensured by single or double locking system comprising of mono block lever in stainless steel, springs & pegs in stainless steel or plastic. By virtue of design these enclosures offer excellent resistance to impact & strong mechanical stresses. Surface mounting & Bulk Head Housing and Hood are available with or without fixed covers or with mobile protective covers. Special gaskets made of Vinyl Nitrile Elastomer provide IP 65 protection against dust, water and other aggressive agents.
