AL PLAST INDUSTRIES offer engineering plastic components as per customer designs and specifications. We have designed and moulded / machined a range of industrial plastic components in ABS, Polycarbonate, EVA , Polyacetal, Nylon, HDPE, PP, HIPS, PVC and PET. We have supplied rings, closures, spacers, bushings, gears, lids, clamps, housings, handles, brackets, caps, connector brackets, electrical switch boxes, pumps and valve components etc.

We have in house tool room for mould manufacturing. Right from the product development stage we provide complete support to our clients for new products designing, providing solutions for 3-dimensional designs which help in visualizing the products real life appearances. In the next stage we perform the mould flow analysis which assists the processor to calculate the overall production costs and recheck the quality factors. Our services help in calculating risks, lowering costs, improving quality and shortening the launch period.
