Shell Lubricants chosen as Tata Hitachi’s lubricant supplier in India

Announces its association along with a product showcase at Excon 2015 – South Asia’s largest construction equipment exhibition

Shell Lubricants, the global market share leader in finished lubricants, announced its association with Tata Hitachi as the approved supplier in India. Under this association, seven Shell Lubricants products will be used across the entire Tata Hitachi product range. The announcement was made by Shell Lubricants today at Excon 2015 – the 8th International Construction Equipment and Construction Technology Trade Fair organized by CII in Bangalore.

Shell Lubricants’ products that have been approved by Tata Hitachi are Shell Tellus S3V 46, Shell Spirax S4 TXM, engine oils like Shell Rimula T3 15W40, Shell Rimula T4 15W40 and Shell Rimula T5 E 10W30, Shell Spirax S2G 90 gear oil and Shell Gadus S2V 220 2 grease. These products help in protecting the meticulously-designed Tata Hitachi machineries and contribute to efficient operation by reducing lubricant consumption and lowering the maintenance cost. Following this association with Tata Hitachi, Shell Lubricants has further consolidated its presence in the Indian construction sector with product approvals from other leading OEMs including Schwing Stetter, L&T-Komatsu and Putzmeister.
