Q. Can you please brief us about international alliances & Airpipe System global infrastructure?
Instamod Airpipe which is 100% subsidiary of ECO PIPE LTD, Hongkong is engaged in air transmission industry, making products for compressed air pipeline network. WE design, manufacture and sell quick connect air piping solution for compressed air, vacuum &inert gases
As a milestone initiative to access the market of Europe, South Africa & Brazil. we are under process of opening up subsidiaries. Further in India, to bring our clients to our nearest proximity our sales operation have been supported by approx. 32 strong channel partners spreaded across the breadth & length of the country.
Q. What are the latest initiatives Airpipe System has undertaken in compressed air systems space? Which are your focus areas?
Clubbed with high degree of motivation & spontaneous urge to exceed the customer s’ expectation our sales team have started designing modular aluminium compressed air piping system right from compressor to point of use which in turn we have created an awareness among our customers how to go for an optimum compressed air piping system.
Q. What are the market opportunities for Airpipe System products in India? How do you plan to position these products?
We design, manufacture & sell quick connect air piping solution for compressed air, vacuum & inert gases. We specialize in air pipe work systems for new project, for renovation, extension or modification of existing systems for industries in Textile, Electronics, Automobiles, food, chemical fields, Packaging & Printing etc. We have already provided services to 15000 users at home & abroad.
Q. Please highlight more about Airpipe System’s top line product range? Is there any new launch or in pipeline stage?
We have Aluminium alloy based piping system for Compressed Air, Inert gases and Vacuum. Sizes range from 20 mm-200 mm. Working pressure is 13 bar (temp. range -20oC-70oC) and burst pressure is 55 bar. It is complete modular system based on quick-fit technology in which there is no welding or threading required at the time of installation.
We recently launched some pneumatics items such as fittings, couplers, PU Tube, Coiled Hoses, FRL and Air Gun to support our existing pipeline system. In addition to this, we have launched SS piping range from 15mm – 270mm which can be used for water, steam & other gases.
Q. According to you what is the future of the compressed air systems industry?
India is emerging market for all manufacturer due to new lucrative schemes/subsidies from GOI. Our GDP targeted between 7-9% and contribution from textile is 15% which itself is good news for us, we have good presence in textile and we are extending our reach in other industry also like automobile, printing, packaging, paper industry etc.
Q. What is your vision for forthcoming years?
We are appointing new dealers in areas where we are weak, we can see ourselves in three years as one of the major % holder in the compressed air piping, we have launched SS pipes, some pneumatics items which would further give us good market.
