It also offers complete range of Air Treatment Products, Onsite Gas Generators & Piping under one roof. All this makes the company a unique ‘one stop solution provider’ for its customers.

Energy efficient & eco-friendly products

Deep Pneumatics always keeps energy efficiency expectations of Industry standard as priority right from design stage. Its latest product range is offered with Direct Drive Transmission, Super Premium Efficiency Permanent Magnet Motor & Inverter which save energy to the extent of 40% over conventional range of Air Compressors. It offers the right product for the right application. The company makes Screw Air Compressors from 3 bar to 40 bar working pressure in Lubricated & Oil-Free range to cater to a large market segment. Its products with high energy efficiency ratings help reduce the impact on environment by mitigating CO2 emissions.

With its 50+ all India dealer network, it supports timely supply of highest quality of spares & consumables to ensure the best life of the equipment.Apart from these product features, the company offers comprehensive solutions for after-sales including providing training to customers, awareness plans on a regular interval and a variety of maintenance contracts to ensure product availability at the highest level so that the operations at the customer’s end are smooth.

Deep Pneumatics, operates with two manufacturing units in Naroda GIDC at Ahmedabad admeasuring a total area of 30,000 ft2, which is certified for ISO 9000:2015. To foster the growth plans in line with its strategy, the 2nd plant was inaugurated in April 2023.

A preferred partner

The company is a preferred partner for many private customers as well as large government & semi-government organizations in several industrial segments to meet their Compressed Air requirements. “Our facilities & products have been tested for performance under stringent inspection procedures of BARC, ISRO, NPCIL, RITES, etc. We have supplied Air Compressors to prestigious projects of HAL, ISRO, and Indian Railways. Among many we have successfully executed an order for 85 numbers for GSRTC, and 300 numbers for Philips Machine Tools during last year,” reveals the company.

PSA gas generation

Deep Pneumatics is looking at PSA Gas Generation as an emerging business, complementing its experience and expertise. On-site Gas Generation requirements are getting popular and demand for quality manufacturers to comply with the stringent standards are increasing. Deep Pneumatics, with a rich experience of manufacturing Air Compressors, is one among the very few players who are PSA Gas Generator is widely used in Aviation, Chemicals & Specialty Chemicals, Engineering, Electronics, Fiber Laser Cutting, Metal Fabrication, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Pharmaceuticals and many more. The company is offering Nitrogen Generator of capacities ranging from 10 – 200 Nm3/Hr for purity of 99% to 99.999% & Oxygen Generator of capacities ranging from 5 – 60 Nm3/Hr with a purity of 93% +/- 2%.
