Q. Would you like to share any differentiated offer you could make to the end-user with tangible benefits?

We have aggressively embarked upon the mission of ‘Make in India’ and are working in close coordination with the top government establishments in the country to develop import substitutes especially for welding consumables an there has been significant development on this in the recent past.

Another differentiating capability is that the entire Ador’ range is developed and manufactured in-house. Unlike most others in the welding fraternity we don’t buy and sell. We have the only “clean room” in the country for the manufacture of inverter welding equipment. Our Welding automation and Project Engineering design teams are extremely capable in developing customized products to meet specific customer requirements. Innovation is in our DNA and a conscious effort is always made to present cost-effective and quality solutions to the customer. Our sales and service network is unparalled in the welding industry.

Our welding Inverter model “Champ T 400” has recently won the India design award for the best Industrial equipment design.

Ador has successfully managed to create a fine balance between the two extreme parameters i.e. price and quality.
Last but not in the least, we pride ourselves in being known as a complete welding solutions provider and offer the entire gamut of welding products and solutions to the industry.

Q. Have you planned any customer engagement programs or expansion plans as a part of your growth strategy?

Our presence in India for more than six decades as a leading player in the welding fraternity and the goodwill of the Ador brand has been achieved by fostering a symbiotic relationship with our customers. In the digital era, embracing a customer-centric mind-set across the organization is the need of the hour and our knowledge of the Indian market has helped us in providing prompt customer service.

In a survey conducted by a leading consulting agency for CII on the customer centricity index for the top companies across sectors in India to measure the preparedness of Indian companies to compete with top global players, Ador performed admirably well and were invited as a key member of a panel discussion on the subject.

However, a successful customer-centric culture does not happen overnight.

We follow various proven practices in AWL so as to maximize our customer satisfaction index, minimize the response time to customer, continuously reducing the trend of warranty failures.

Our growth in the last decade and our growth plans for the future stand testimony to the fact that we have worked very closely with our customers and will continue to do so.

Q. What’s the shape of things to come in your field which would be exciting and trendsetting?

The automobile industry is forecast to grow rapidly in the near future. Investments in high speed railway coaches, metros, defence, shipbuilding and aerospace manufacturing hubs are taking shape in line with the government’s ‘Make In India’ programme.

Automation in welding and the use of robotic welding is the need of the hour as we strive towards becoming a worl- class exporter of engineering products. Robotic solutions offer the much needed skill and repeatability to critical jobs on mass manufacturing lines which makes them absolutely vital in this age of consumerism. IOT AI ANN are being put to good use to help create impeccable ‘first time right’ welding process planning in the west and a slowly but surely finding takers in India. Developing import substitutes for welding consumables is our biggest challenge as this will define India’s path towards being a top quality manufacturer to the rest of the world.
