Mr. Vijay Chopda, Founder & CEO, KTA Spindle has won the prestigious Engineering Excellence Award 22 for his outstanding contribution to the tool holding industry. The event, organized by Divya Media Publications for recognizing 25 outstanding achievers in the industry, was held in Hotel Noorya in Pune on 21st May.
Mr. Chopda established KTA Spindle Toolings way back in 1969 and transformed it from a precision auto components manufacturer to world’s most preferred Indian toolholding company.
Continuous R&D in the company helped in developing several innovative products including 3-deg hydraulic tool holder using 3D technology, and anti-vibration face mill toolholders
He has made a significant contribution to the mission of ‘Atmanirbhar Bharat’ by changing the mindset of Indian industry and bringing home the fact that Indian companies are second to none in producing world-class quality products.
