Shape Cut Easy CNC Machine

Shape cut easy is a gantry type automated cutting machine. The machine can cut with both oxyfuel and plasma cutting process. Precisely machined Box beam gantry is used in the system. Precisely machined regular rails are used for the movement gantry. System is supplied along with a nesting software which converts drawing files in to NC files so that the CNC can cut the shapes as in the drawing. Nesting software helps in placing the components in such a way that wastages are kept at minimum. This process eliminates the need for marking on the plates which saves lot of time. Good quality cuts not only reduce the post cutting operations it also improves the fitment. Improved fitment increases the fabrication speed.

These machine are available in 2000,2500, 3000,4000 mm cutting width options. Length can also be made as per customer requirement.
