Induction heating Machine – IH 400

I H 400 is a induction heating machine which is compact in size and can be placed on a table and operated. This is a user friendly machine and can be operated by anyone without training. This machine consists of a controller and a heating station. Controller is connected to 230 v AC with the cord provided along with the machine. Another cord is provided to connect the heating station to the controller. The job to be heated is placed around the core on the heating station and heating on push button is operated to start heating of the component..

This machine can be used for heating small components and bearings with I.D. ranging from 40 mm to 100 mm and O.D. ranging from 60 mm to 180 mm. Components can be heated to 200 Deg. in maximum 999 seconds. This is a off line machine and can be used for slow heating of components and bearings.

Temperature indicator with leaf type thermocouple probe is provided in the controller to measure temperature of the component periodically. A digital preset timer is also provided to set the time required to heat the components.Temperature sensor for continuous monitoring of temperature & temperature based shut off can be provided on demand. This machine can also be used for maintenance purpose where even 4 to 5 components are to be heated per day.
