World HRD Congress Honors Anchor Electricals with the Coveted Global HR Excellence Award
Anchor Electricals Pvt. Ltd. became a proud recipient of “Global HR Excellence” award by World HRD Congress on the theme “Mining Human Potential for creating Great Organizations”. The award serves an excellent platform to promote & recognize quality by highlighting leading organizational practices by presenting their case studies or papers to compete on HR Practices. One of the largest multi-platform brand credibility award- it acknowledges trailblazer organizations for their dedication towards the impactful human capital structure. The awards also saw participation from over 400 national as well as international organizations.
Anchor Electricals was recognized for its involvement in the most innovative initiatives like “Diversity Impact” and “Innovative HR Practices.” The key focus behind diversity impact initiative was to drive a change in the society with respect to empowering the women workforce. The empowerment program played a key role in the life of the women workforce by building company culture, family culture, their individual personality and contribution towards company objectives. The introduction of Innovative HR practices, enabled the company to align its workforce with the values of the Founder, Leadership Competencies and the Business Principles for Code of Conduct. For the past four years, the Human Resources team at Anchor has endeavored to train & inculcate the management philosophy of Konosuke Matsushita and imparted the values through the “Values Program” and “Code Of Conduct” training.
